Section 2 of the book is a newly revised version of the Model Nuclear Weapons Convention submitted by Costa Rica to the Prepatory Committee for the 2010 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons on May 1. 2007 (NPT/Conf.2010/PC.1/WP.17). The text of the mNWC will therefore be available in all official UN languages in due time.
